Customer experience and administration coordinator
LAE Madrid - a leading Spanish language academy in Madrid - is looking for an admin and customer experience professional who:
is passionate about customer service

Main responsibilities:
Manage the day to day workings of our Spanish academy
Manage the school management system
Create timetables for the teachers
Create a welcoming environment for our students and be a helping hand
Work with the academic team to assign students and organise classes for students
Hours and schedules:
Full time, 39 hours per week
Schedule, Monday-Thursday (8.00-17.00), Friday (8.00-16.00) – one hour lunch included each day.
Some Saturday work required to cover holidays in exchange for a day off during the week
Work on some bank holidays in the year – in return for an extra day holiday.
You offer:
Required: Work permit to live and work in Spain (no student visas)
Required: Excellent level of Spanish and English C1/native level.
Required: Bachelor’s degree.
Required: Min. 2 years of administration experience preferably within the Education/Travel Sector.
Desired: Another European language – Italian, German or French
Desired: International work and /or study experience would be a plus
You are/have:
Outgoing, friendly, customer focused personality. Capable of quickly developing a rapport of trust with clients (telephone, email and in person).
Strong communication skills: written (succinct, commercial, empathetic, error free) and oral (linguistic skills, speak with conviction/authority, negotiation).
Excellent organisational / multitasking / prioritising / problem solving skills.
Can-do attitude and flexible approach to work.
Cultural adeptness, dealing with staff and clients of diverse ethnicity, culture and language.
Proficient computer user.
