Single room, 300€ + bills in Getafe centro, Sep or before.

I have a large single room available in an interior flat with a patio. The bills would include electricity and internet , about 30€ until the next revision of flat rate electricity bill.  

The flat is quiet but is very close to Getafe central metro and cercanías. Various buses go from the square the flat is on, locally and to Plaza Eliptica. 

I have a shy but affectionate cat called Piano. 

I'm 45, I teach online, mostly in the afternoons / evenings but would do so from my room. 

I am chatty, sometimes, but I also like to spend time quietly, alone or with others. I don't watch TV much, I prefer to do other things to relax in the bit of the evening that I have after teaching and before bedtime!
