Room rental plus an office

I’m looking for someone to take over my room. The apartment is large, has 3 bedrooms, but you will only share it with one roommate (females only). The extra bedroom can be used as an office and to host visitors (Murphy bed in the spare room). There is 1.5 bathrooms. It’s located in Guindalera and is close to the Ventas station (line 2&5) and Parqué de las avenidas (line 7). 700€ plus utilities. Can move in as soon as June or later.
