Assistance exchanging NIE for TIE

Hola todos!

I've been living and working in Spain for over 6 years and I need some help with exchanging my green NIE card for the post-Brexit TIE. 

I think I understand the procedure, but my Spanish isn't perfect and I want to get it right first time. And if there is an issue, l need to understand what the problem is.
