room for rent July, August

HI I have a room for rent In Villanueva de la Cañada. It is 300 euros with bills. It is a double bed in a 3 bedroom. This is for summer, the house is equipped with air-conditioning and electric fans so the heat isn't a problem. You can move in from July 9th. No need for deposit. It is close to the water park aquapolis.
