Modern one bedroom apartment for rent (house sit) in Madrid while i´m away in August. Perfect for a couple. I pay 800 euros a month for the place, I will rent it for 600 euros for the month. If you would like to stay for one or two or three weeks, I can offer a lower price. No need for deposit.

Would suit someone spending their holidays in Madrid or someone who is relocating to Madrid and needs a temporary place to stay whilst house hunting.
