Role Description
This is a Customer Service Representative located in Athens. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, answering customer inquiries, resolving problems, and providing information about products and services. The ideal candidate is empathetic, patient, and able to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Fluent in both written and spoken English and Greek
* Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think on their feet, and work under pressure
* Ability to remain calm, respectful, and patient in stressful situations
* Ability to adapt to new technology and processes quickly and efficiently
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is a plus
