English Teacher (Contract) Alcalá de Henares

Hi y'all! Easyworld is a small but mighty English tutoring company. We are comprised of a diverse and dynamic team of expert English language tutors, we’re based right here in our beloved Alcalá de Henares (Vía Complutense 21), and represent over 8 countries and cultures. However, we deliver in-person, online, and in-company English lessons and coaching to professionals and businesses throughout Madrid.

We are currently looking for a very part-time role (3 hours per week to start) for now with lots of possibilities to quickly turn that into 20 hours/week. (we are growing 50% YoY)

IMMEDIATE ROLE
Design and deliver an in-person English course to a small group of business people from a local company. They are looking to build their skills and confidence in the language, and of course, have fun. They are really fun themselves, as well as kind and dependable students! Level B1.2. While the candidate will design and personalize the course for these students, we've worked with this group for over a year and have a lot of great insight to provide. Classes take place Mondays at 19:00-20:30 and Fridays 16:00-17:30 at our Alcalá office on Vía Complutense. Course runs from October 2nd through June 28th.

PAY
For these 3 hours per week you'll receive 240€/month GROSS (can estimate around 222€/month NET). You receive your payments prior to the month's end. Ex: You start in October and you'll have the money in your bank by October 27th at the latest.

Contrato fijo discontinuo and all of the benefits that an official contract provides (Paid vacation, paid holidays, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS
NOTE: Please save us both time by not applying unless you fulfill ALL of these:

-Right to work in Spain with Social Security Number in hand.
-C2 or native-like English skills.
-Can commit to the length of the course in its entirety.
-Can teach at the aforementioned times and days.

You are an experienced (at least 2 years working with adults) fun and dynamic teacher!

SELECTION PROCESS
