Sales coordinator, native-level English (maternity cover)

Responsibilities:
Handle sales enquiries for our Spanish courses via email / live chat/walk-in/telephone.
Respond to interested students (No cold sales).
Quickly identify client needs and provide clear, timely, and informative responses to clients, converting leads into firm sales.
Manage multiple leads at the same time, through many channels.
Track, and report on all sales activities and results.
Work within a team to ensure that marketing and sales goals are met.
Hours and schedules:
Full-time, 39 hours per week
Schedule, Monday-Thursday (8.30-17.30), Friday (10.00-18.00) – one hour lunch included each day.
Some Saturday work is required to cover holidays in exchange for a day off during the week
Work on some bank holidays in the year – in return for an extra day's holiday.
You offer:
Required: Work permit to live and work in Spain (no student visas)
Required: Native-like level of English
and excellent level of Spanish B2—C1.
Required: Bachelor’s degree.
Required: Min. 2 years of Sales Experience preferably within Education/Travel Sector.
Desired: Another European language
Desired: International work and /or study experience would be a plus
You are/have:
Competitive and results-focused, understanding of KPIs.
Outgoing, friendly, customer-focused personality. Capable of quickly developing a rapport of trust with clients (by telephone, email, and in-person).
Strong communication skills: written (succinct, commercial, empathetic, error-free) and oral (linguistic skills, speaking with conviction/authority, negotiation).
Excellent organizational / multitasking/prioritising / problem-solving skills.
Cultural adeptness, dealing with staff and clients of diverse ethnicities, cultures, and languages.
Proficient computer user.
