POETRY GROUP IN MADRID (ESP/ENG)

Hola! This is a group for internationals living in Madrid with an interest in poetry. We analyze poems, build community and drink tea. We love pedagogy and collaborative literature. 

The group is open to all, regardless of prior knowledge of poetry and it's an amazing way to practice your conversational skills in Spanish and/or English with a diverse group of international people. A basic understanding of the language is helpful but not required :)

Spanish poet & teacher Irene Torra Mohedano leads the weekly discussions and provides a safe space with like-minded people. 

WHEN:
In Spanish: Thursdays 6.30 pm in a bookshop 
In English: Sundays 5pm in a café
