I have a spare separate bedroom in a decent apartment in Palos de la Frontera (7 minutes away from Atocha, 2 minutes away from Metro line 3). There are many groceries and services stores around.

I am looking for a flat mate who doesn't mind noise, because the direct neighbors get out of control at random times in the day and night. 

I am working from home (from the living room), so it would be best if she works onsite somewhere.
