"O Room-eo, Room-eo, wherefore art thou Room-eo?"

Hello all! 
A new search begins for a new place to live, so a new opportunity to get to know some folks and have a delightful "conviviencia" at home! 

I am looking for a place for the beginning of July, if possible, around the 400 Euro mark, again, if possible.

Having lived in Madrid for, roughly, seven or so years it's a place I absolutely consider my home away from home so I will be staying here for a good while here. 

As a housemate, I certainly will be doing my fair share of cleaning and general tidying while, of course, maintaining and contributing to the general "good vibes" within the flat.
