Currently we live 2 nice females, independent, respectful and very tidy and clean. One spanish and other from USA.
The apartment is new and is fully furnished with all the comforts. It has air conditioning, wifi, dishwasher, TV, microwave, heating. Smoking is not allowed in the house. No couples allowed. Bills not included. 
If you want to live in a quiet area without car noise this is your place. There is a large park 2 minutes away if you like to walk or play sports.
Mercadona, Carrefour and Lidl nearby. Good connection to the north of Madrid. Direct bus to Plaza de Castilla, Castellana, and 15 minutes from downtown by metro. Nearest metro Valdeacederas, line 1. One month deposit. Available online viewings for videocall if you are not in Madrid.
