If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our English workshop in Embajadores, Madrid is seeking a talented individual to join our team as an English Teacher. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to not only teach English but also contribute to the overall development of our academy.

Responsibilities
Teaching: Conduct English lessons for students of various age groups and proficiency levels, typically ages 8 and above, including adult classes and Cambridge exam preparation classes (B2 & C1).
Student Assessment: Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback to support their language development. Monitor individual student performance and adapt teaching strategies as necessary.
Communication and Collaboration: Cultivate positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. Maintain open lines of communication to address concerns and provide regular updates on student progress.

Requirements
Native English speaker OR native-level proficiency in English (C2) (certification required).
Experience in English language teaching, preferably in non-traditional or alternative education settings.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and adaptable mindset with a passion for innovation in education.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working with teenagers AND children.

Other Information
Contract: Fijo Discontinuo with a break from August to September.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 11:30am-8:30pm (with a 1-hour lunch break).
Start Date: September 2024
