•	Ability to work with children, teenagers, and adults with a communicative approach.
•	Experience in 1 to 1 classes: providing personalized attention to each student.
•	Permission to work in Spain.
•	Proficiency level (C2): in the language you will be teaching.
•	Ability to organize your own classes effectively and creatively.
•	Genuine vocation for teaching and a desire to be part of a comprehensive educational project.
