Rent in Madrid

I am renting two rooms in an apartment located in the northern area of ??Madrid. Only WEEKENDS and SOME DAYS during the week for sporadic and itinerant stays. 

The house is spacious, exterior and very bright. You will have your own bathroom. 

The stay includes expenses (Internet, electricity, water). The apartment has a garden and swimming pool. The apartment is very well connected to public transport (line 10), light metro, suburban and bus
