Looking for a large room in shared apt. or a small apt. in La Latina, Atocha, Centro, but not crazy about Lavapies. 

To start 1 Oct. or, at the latest, 1 Nov. through minimum 31 Dec. Pref. till at least June. 
 
Up to 1.000 euros incl. utilities for room in shared apt. or up to1,300 euros for own apt. excl. utilities. 

I can speak reasonable Spanish or excellent Spanglish!
