American teacher looking for room in center

Hello!
I'm moving to Madrid at the end of the month to study Spanish. I'll be working too in the afternoons. I am looking for a room to rent in the center, hopefully around Plaza de España or Arguelles but I'm flexible. I'm 51, friendly, and easy to get along with. I enjoy reading, watching movies, and going out with friends. I can pay up to 900 euros per month for rent. Thanks!
