In and around Aravaca/Moncloa area

Hola, I am looking for someone above the age of 38 for language exchange, meeting at least once a week to go for coffee, madrid events, excursions preferably Principe Pio, Moncloa or Aravaca area for the feasibility of meeting regularly.
