Needs Spanish for job opportunities

Hi, I want to learn/practice more Spanish in order to change careers (make myself more employable)
 
I'm over 40, in a relationship (this is an advert strictly for language exchange) and prefer to have conversation classes online with someone who is native to Madrid. 

I can offer exemplary British English guidance/classes or Cambridge exam advice in return (I have over 10 years of teaching experience) So for whoever contacts me, you get a decent deal :-p
