English/Spanish exchange

Hello, I am a retired American Montessori teacher living in Madrid.  I am looking to improve my Spanish in exchange for English. I have many years experience teaching both Adults and children. I speak functional Spanish but have difficulty understanding conversations.  I prefer someone over 40 years but open to younger.  We can meet for coffee or just walk and talk.  Thanks for responding.
