Localization Project Manager

Job Description 
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Madrid team (remote). The ideal candidate is proactive, personable, and ambitious, with a strong independent work ethic and a collaborative spirit. Key responsibilities include managing client communications, analyzing and preparing files, post-processing localized files, building localized components, and handling project scheduling and resource management.   

Qualifications 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field preferred 

E-Learning Localization experience required 

Strong organizational and detail orientation 

Proficiency in MS Office and project management platforms 

Minimum of 2 years of project management experience 

Required experience in the localization industry 

Skilled in resource management and budgeting 

Excellent writing, grammar, and client communication skills 

Ability to manage tight deadlines, multitask, and work under pressure 

Strong command of CAT tools (Trados Studio, MultiTerm; Xbench knowledge is a plus) 

Desktop Publishing experience is a plus 

Bilingual in Spanish and English highly preferred 

Excellent customer service skills
