Academic Sales Coordinator
At Exam Madrid Academy, with over 15 years of experience in preparing students for international exams, we are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Academic Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role combines sales, organizational skills, and customer service, playing a key part in ensuring student satisfaction and the success of our academy.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email, providing information about our exam preparation courses, including TOEFL, IELTS, GRE, SAT, and more.
Conduct course sales by highlighting the benefits of our programs and ensuring the enrollment of new students.
Manage the class schedule, assigning times and teachers based on availability and student needs.
Follow up with students, offering support throughout their experience with the academy.
Handle customer service inquiries, addressing questions and ensuring each student receives exceptional attention.
Requirements:
Advanced level of English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or academic coordination.
Proficiency in using technological tools and the latest developments, such as ChatGPT, Excel, and other online platforms.
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach.
Highly organized, able to work in a dynamic environment, and detail-oriented.
Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
