English Teacher in Majadahonda, Madrid

Hi! We are an English academy in Madrid looking for Native English teachers to join our team.

Job Description:
We’re seeking a dynamic, proactive teacher with relevant qualifications and experience working with children aged 3-9 years old. The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching young learners and able to create engaging, supportive lessons.


Position Details:
5 hours/week at our academy in Majadahonda. Additional 3 hours/week also in Majadahonda, with potential to increase hours Monday-Thursday.
Freelance position with a starting pay of 16€/hr.
Classes run during weekday afternoons and evenings (Monday-Thursday).

Duties:
Planning and preparing fun, engaging lessons tailored to young learners.
Tracking students' progress and encouraging consistent improvement.
Collaborating with the coordination team for resources, questions, or concerns.

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience working with children aged 3-9 years old.
Native English speaker.
Teaching certificate (TEFL/CELTA/DELTA or equivalent).
Dynamic and proactive attitude to foster a positive learning environment.

Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Experience working with Business Students (additional hours available)
Availability to teach additional hours as needed.
