Hi, I'm leaving Madrid so I'm looking for someone to takeover my lease from March 1st - June 31st 2025. €510 per month, plus €45 for wifi and cleaning services of common areas/agency fees
 
Room comes with desk, dresser, and single bed. Flat has 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and in-unit laundry. 4-minute walk to Manuel Beccera metro station.
