Wanted Leisure Supervisor (Villanúa, Huesca)

Job Summary:

Are you passionate about education and nature? Are you an enthusiastic and committed person? Then we are looking for you! Join our team as an English teacher for an exciting 100% English language immersion program in the Pyrenees. You will be responsible for guiding and supervising students in 5th and 6th grade of Primary and 1st and 2nd grade of ESO, ensuring that they live an educational and fun experience in an incomparable natural environment.

 
Requirements:

-Minimum level of C1 in English to communicate exclusively in English with participants and the team.
-Previous experience in leisure time activities and non-formal education.
-Ability to work in a team and lead groups of young people.
-Ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly and effectively.
-Passion for nature and outdoor activities.
-Willingness to work in a mountain environment and adapt to local conditions.
 

Responsibilities:

-Plan and execute recreational and educational activities in English for participants.
-Supervise and ensure the safety of participants during all activities.
-Foster a language immersion environment, ensuring that English is spoken at all times.
-Collaborate with the team of monitors and the coordinator to ensure the smooth running of the program.
-Provide support and guidance to participants, helping them improve their English skills.
-Maintain constant communication with the coordinator and hostel staff to coordinate activities and resolve any issue.
-Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions to improve the program.
