Job Offer: Operations Manager
Location: Hybrid (Madrid – Metro Bilbao)
Salary: €14,000 – €16,000/year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (8 hours/day)

The Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Manager to support and optimize our daily operations. This is a hybrid position based in central Madrid (Metro Bilbao), ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a hands-on attitude.

Key Responsibilities
	•	Oversee and manage product orders, coordinating with the logistics team to ensure on-time delivery.
	•	Manage and track inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and efficient flow of goods.
	•	Handle basic finance and administrative tasks using the Holded platform (no prior experience required – full training provided).
	•	Support day-to-day operations and help maintain smooth internal workflows.
Contribute to internal reporting and organization through Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

Requirements
	•	Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written); French is a plus.
	•	Strong organizational and communication skills.
	•	Valid work permit to work in Spain.
	•	Positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
