Position Overview
We are currently seeking a professional, experienced, and enthusiastic English teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering classes across a range of age groups, from very young learners to adults, with a significant focus on preparing students for Cambridge English exams (A2 to C1).

This is a fully contracted position in accordance with Spanish labour law, including paid holidays, contributions to the social security system, and the opportunity for long-term growth within the school.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, communicative lessons for children, teens, and adults

Prepare students for Cambridge English qualifications (Key, Preliminary, First, Advanced, Proficiency)

Monitor student progress and complete termly reports

Participate in school events, internal meetings, and ongoing professional development

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain teaching standards and materials

Contract Details
Total weekly hours: 18 contact hours (classroom teaching hours)?

Salary: €1,450 gross/month

Reviewed after a 6-month probation period, with a salary increase to 1548€ based on completion of probation period

More teaching hours may be available, paid at an extra rate

Location: Teaching based primarily in Morata de Tajuña, with one teaching day per week in Tielmes

Working environment: Small class sizes, well-resourced syllabus

Timetable: Monday to Thursday, classes usually in the afternoon between 16:00 and 21:00
