Teacher needed for October 25

North Star English is a dynamic and growing language academy located in Morata de Tajuña, with a strong presence in the surrounding community. We specialise in high-quality English instruction for students of all ages and levels, with a strong emphasis on communication, creativity, and meaningful learning.

Our classrooms are fully equipped with projectors and digital resources, allowing our teachers to deliver engaging, interactive lessons that prioritise student speaking and confidence.

Position Overview
We are currently seeking a professional, experienced, and enthusiastic English teacher to join our team from 1st October. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering classes across a range of age groups, from very young learners to adults, with a significant focus on preparing students for Cambridge English exams (A2 to C1).


Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging, communicative lessons for children, teens, and adults

Prepare students for Cambridge English qualifications (Key, Preliminary, First, Advanced, Proficiency)

Monitor student progress and complete termly reports

Participate in school events, internal meetings, and ongoing professional development

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment

Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain teaching standards and materials


Contract Details
Total weekly hours: 18 contact hours (classroom teaching hours)

Salary: €1,450 gross/month

Reviewed after a 6-month probation period, with a salary increase to 1548€ based on completion of probation period

More teaching hours may be available, paid at an extra rate
