We teach professionals and organizations in three formats: online, in-company, and occasionally in our school. Our dynamic, customized, and fun instruction empowers adults to gain real confidence in English for their careers.

???? Pay & Perks
In person classes 2 hours 2x a week with high level professionals near Torrejón de Ardoz 
€17/hour gross (~€14/hour net) with a contract
€25/hour gross as autónomo / freelancer
Paid in full for late cancels (within 24 hours) and no-shows
Work with adult students
Opportunities for international programs, leadership roles, and immersion days
*This opportunity is an in-person teaching role. The company is located in Torrejón de Ardoz, though not in the center, and a car would probably be necessary. Any questions can be asked on the application form!

You Must:
Be legally eligible to work in Spain (with Social Security number). If you are a freelancer from outside of Spain, you’ll have to provide a certificate of tax residency in your country of residence.
Have native or C2-level English, plus the ability to communicate in Spanish
Have at least 1 year of in-person teaching experience
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree and a TEFL/CELTA/TESOL certificate
Be able to commit to at least 9 months.

Responsibilities:
Set quarterly goals with students and plan classes around them
Track attendance and student progress (we set it up—you just fill it in)
Use positive reinforcement to build confidence
Bring your creativity into every lesson
