Native English teacher Torrejón de Ardoz

Our current opportunity is in Torrejón de Ardoz, giving classes to an involved and advanced group of adults at their offices. The classes are 2 hours on 2 days a week for a total of 4 hours. The schedule is 2 days a week, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 13h to 15h.


Pay & Perks
€20/hour gross with a contract
€30/hour gross as autónomo / freelancer
Paid in full for late cancels (within 24 hours) and no-shows
Work with adult students

You Must:
Be legally eligible to work in Spain (with Social Security number). If you are a freelancer from outside of Spain, you’ll have to provide a certificate of tax residency in your country of residence.
Have native or C2-level English, plus the ability to communicate in Spanish
Have at least 1 year of in-person teaching experience
Hold a Bachelor’s Degree and a TEFL/CELTA/TESOL certificate
Be able to commit to at least 9 months.

Responsibilities:
Set quarterly goals with students and plan classes around them
Track attendance and student progress (we set it up—you just fill it in)
Use positive reinforcement to build confidence
Bring your creativity into every lesson
