Language Assistant Positions – Madrid (2025/26)

Escuela Excelente is looking for exciting, fun, well-organized candidates with a true passion for education to join our network of private and charter (concertado) schools in Madrid as English Language Assistants for the upcoming 2025/26 academic year.

Position details:
Start date: September 1, 2025 (additional opportunities may also open in October)
Duration: 43 weeks (until June 19, 2026)
Schedule: 18 or 25 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
Monthly allowance: 930€ (18h) / 1,354€ (25h)
Public health care (Seguridad Social) included
Paid school holidays (except summer)
Certificate of completion provided

Role:
Support English classes through conversation, cultural activities, and lesson planning
Work with students from Infantil to Bachillerato
Help prepare students for Cambridge exams
Promote cultural exchange by sharing your own traditions and holidays

Requirements:
Native-level English speaker
University degree completed (or currently 3rd-year student or higher)
Teaching experience preferred (min. 2 years)
Clean criminal record
Active passport required; NIE card and Spanish Social Security number are a plus
Must live within commuting distance of Madrid schools
