Looking for potential roommate to apt hunt together!

Hi,
I’m Jessica, 46 years old, American and non-smoker and I’m here in Madrid to teach English and learn Spanish. I’ve been on the house hunt for a couple weeks and now I’m considering looking for someone who would like a calm home life to go on the house hunt with! (It’s pretty stressful out there when trying to move into someone else’s place.) 

I am looking at places near Mendez Alvaro, Embajadores, or Marques de Vadillo and Puerta del Angel. I have a visit scheduled for a furnished 2 bedroom in Puerta del Angel next Monday the 15th that’s ready for rent on the 16th (if we want it). It’s a 2 bedroom at a great price (less than 1200€) and it is already furnished and has AC in each room, on the third (top) floor of the building. If you’d like to chat and see if we might be a good roommate fit, please reach out to me! I think it would be great for other aux teaching assistants and it’s a 20 minute walk to the Segovia bridge, so just outside the M30 in a nice neighborhood. 
It would be a year’s contract and the owner needed me to submit bank account info or work contract, so would need the same from whoever else is applying. I assume this is standard for just about any rental though.

I’m pretty calm, watch tv, go out and explore, travel, read, cook on occasion. I’m from Los Angeles, have lived a little in France, Italy, speak French and Italian and intermediate Spanish level (will be taking Spanish classes as well). Looking for a calm home environment with someone I feel comfortable chatting with, but having independent lives too. I like to keep the house tidy as well. I used to be a public librarian but I left it because I love food and Southern Europe. So here I am and I’m hoping to stay awhile!
