As we continue to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Office Junior to support our daily operations and help keep our dynamic team running smoothly.
???? About the Role
Reporting directly to the Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the administrative and operational functions of our offices. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants hands-on experience in a luxury, international business environment.
???? Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Manage calls, emails, and correspondence (in English and Spanish)
Assist with document preparation and property files
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and office supplies
Welcome clients and partners in a professional manner
Support the team with day-to-day operational tasks
Help maintain an organised, polished office environment
