Remote Office Manager- Small Intl. Comms Company
Part-Time Back Office / Office Assistant (English-speaking native)
We are a small, dynamic international communications company looking for a reliable, flexible, and highly autonomous part-time assistant to support day-to-day back-office operations.
This is a varied role for someone who is organised, practical, discreet, and comfortable working independently in a small-company environment where no two days are exactly the same.
The role includes:
•	General back office and administrative support
•	Light office accounting and payment follow-up
•	Organising documents, files, and company paperwork
•	Helping with packages, errands, and practical day-to-day tasks
•	Supporting ongoing projects as needed
Around 30–40% of the role involves basic office accounting / finance admin, so confidence with numbers, invoices, and follow-up is important.
Working style:
•	12 hours per week in the morning hours
•	Mostly remote, with 1 day per week from my home office depending on needs
•	Flexible schedule, but responsiveness and reliability are essential
•	Suitable for someone who is comfortable working with minimal supervision
We work with a range of international media and projects. For the right person, there may be longer-term potential to grow into additional responsibilities, including project support, sales, and occasional travel.
•	Excellent English; North American background or native-level English preferred
•	Strong organisational and administrative skills
•	Flexible attitude and willingness to handle a wide variety of tasks
•	Autonomous, trustworthy, and proactive personality
•	Professional presentation and communication
•	Previous admin, assistant, office, or back office experience preferred
•	Approximately €625 per month for 12 hours per week
