RESTAURANT MANAGER WANTED

Hi we are looking for a capable person with experience in running the day to day operations of a new restaurant. The restaurant will be serving Thai/Hong Kong street food so any knowledge in the field would be a plus but it is not necessary. As a manage you will be expected to be on hand and assist both the kitchen and front of house, you also play apart in ordering, stock takes and PR.
