Looking for Room or Person to Rent a Flat With

Would like to find a new place to live in the Tetuan area, whether that be a room that's available or taking a flat with someone. Going to be in Madrid until the end of June 2015. Budget is around 270-300/month plus bills. Let me know if you have anything or are looking for a flat in this area.
