Director of Studies needed

I am looking for a Director to run my school of English/English academy. The person must be living in Madrid,Spain, as all hours are office hours. The typical job duties of A director is
•	Managing resources and methodology  that has already been created(human and material)
•	Training,observing and evaluating teachers (training teachers how to use our method in class,Coursebook system and our own Director-Tailored class plans.
•	Scheduling and payroll
•	Controlling/Evaluating the quality of the academic programs
•	Overseeing placement for prospective students
•	Participating in the overall growth and development of the school (and assisting in Marketing!)
•	Organizing extra-curricular activities
