Lunchtime Yoga With Sara Jobling
A mixed ability session suitable for complete beginners and those with some experience of yoga. You will be guided and encouraged to work to your own level of ability and fitness.

Flow yoga is a dynamic and modern style of yoga that exercises the whole body to promote harmony and balance. Regular practice will improve strength, stamina and flexibility. Sessions target cardio-vascular fitness, weight-bearing exercises, core strengthening and improved mobility. We will finish with a relaxation/meditation technique to relieve stress and your boost mental wellbeing.
