Freelance Online English Teacher Needed

Hello My name is Pierre and I am looking for freelance English teachers to help me cover classes as I launch my online Academy. 

To say in short, we provide classes that help people improve their conversation skills and build their confidence to speak. We base our classes on the interest of our students and teachers. We offer general fluency, English for work, and preparation classes for job interviews, public speaking, and exams. We teach 4 person group classes and 1-2-1.

The ideal teacher should be freelance, be prepared to teach online, able to make their own lesson plans according to student's needs and only need a few extra hours of work.

As the teaching season has not started, I am unable to specify how many hours I can offer exactly. I am thinking about 5 a week to start with. I will be able to give more information in September when things get rolling!

The group classes I need covered are:
Mon/Wed @ 6-730 (intermediate)
Tues/Thursday @ 6-730 (advanced)

The 1-2-1 classes have yet to be scheduled. 

Furthermore, as the academy is in start up phase, I am especially open to teachers who are business minded, have social media marketing skills or interest and who can bring some fresh ideas to the table!
